I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly beautiful and accommodating in every way, exceeding all our expectations. The service was impeccable with friendly and professional staff who even went out of their way to lend me their personal phone charger overnight. The location was convenient for meeting friends or exploring downtown, and the hotel was invitingly decorated for the holidays. The dining experience was decent, providing the necessary fuel to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The service was friendly and went above-and-beyond, yet there was a room cleanliness issue that was not promptly addressed. The location was convenient to downtown and interstate access but situated on the industrial side of Garner. The dining experience had a very good selection with great scrambled eggs and link sausages but could have been better. Overall, the value for money was reasonable considering the amenities.
